1953 Ashburn's Map of Houston w/ hand color

Ashburn's map of Houston, Texas compliments of Bekins Van & Storage Company. A double-sided, folding map showing mid-century Houston and surrounding area (reverso has a fully indexed street section). It has minor splitting along a few of the crease-folds and a few spots of paper failure (as shown), but in good overall condition. The piece has been altered from it's original state as it has been hand watercolored by a professional. Measures approximate 19 x 25 inches.
