Bought by the original owner in 1945 from the artist, a street vendor along San Francisco Ferry Building plaza and Union square during the 1935-1950 period. Unique to San Francisco Marion Cunningham was a well liked and appreciated artist whose works survive due to their enduring relatability to San Franciscans. A rare opportunity for an original piece at a fair price.
