11 x 14.5" folio with a Lithographic cadastral map of the development , sold stamps and manuscript additions in pencil advising prices for remaining lots. rare beyond rare, a special and unusual relic of the 1914 sales process for the creation of an entirely new neighborhood in San Francisco ,referred to as Ashbury Terrace . It's a connector street and neighborhood between Buena Vista and Ashbury Heights . Conservation mounted at top to archival backboard by previous museum owner, fine condition on this unusual ephemera .
