19 x 25" broadside intended for plastering to the side of a building, attached to an acid free backing and saved, rough condition but ephemeral and complete , a rare survivor showing the distribution and sale of lands owned by Adolf Sutro in the western beachside of San Francisco in 1883 , 15 years before his death.
