The Student and The School Master. 11" x 16.75" copper engraved view with expert, albeit later, hand water color. Fine condition. Absorbent hand paid papers and improper storage leave this folio with damage outside the image from acid migration or soiling, as evident from scan. Not effecting image and likely covered if framed. Bears the blind stamps of Ware Memorial Library at Columbia University , De-accessioned and Sold to Ernst Gerber in the 1970's . Bought at auction from the Ernst Gerber Estate.
