Made by Johan Battista Homann's heirs in Paris, 1749. 24 1/2"x 20 3/4" in size, original hand water color. Good example of Homann's map of Chinese Tartary. Important content and good detail facilitates this posthumous edition. Retooled by R.R. Gerbillon in three languages. Wide side margins, tight at top and bottom. Hand laid paper. Very good condition. Fine condition, laid paper of heavy stock. Nice, wide margins.
